All purchases made through the website require advance payment. Cash on delivery is not available.

Discounted products and products included in promotional offers cannot be cancelled or exchanged, except where the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
Regular-priced orders may be cancelled only on the same calendar day on which they were placed, provided that preparation or shipping has not started.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted directly through our official contact channels. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the payment provider or bank.
6. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are not available after an order has been received.
An exchange is available only if the product has a defect. The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or a video showing the defect.
The product must remain unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
After the defect has been reviewed and confirmed, Roba Boutique will cover the shipping cost associated with the approved exchange.
Normal variations in colour caused by screen settings, minor differences in measurements, or a change of mind are not considered product defects.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to the destination, courier company, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number.
Roba Boutique is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect customer information, the customer being unavailable, or circumstances caused by the shipping company.

All content appearing on this website, including the Roba Boutique name, logo, photographs, product images, text, designs, graphics, videos, and other materials, belongs to Roba Boutique or is used with permission.
