SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Cairo and Giza: EGP 85

Other governorates: EGP 100

Upper Egypt, Lower Egypt, and remote areas: EGP 140

The applicable shipping fee will be calculated according to the customer’s delivery address and shown during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number. Roba Boutique is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information, the customer being unavailable, or circumstances related to the courier company.

The courier may contact the customer before delivery. Customers are kindly requested to answer calls and confirm their location to avoid delays.

Delivery periods may be extended during public holidays, promotional campaigns, high-demand periods, or exceptional circumstances.
